1.You are right,"some" is incorrect here.I suspect that your English teacher was only asking for the change to the negative expression and forgot the difference between "some" and "any."
2.Technically,"gets" or "catches" are also correct but they sound very strange - they both sound rather Chinglish."has" is much better.
3.If you interchange the two verbs the meaning of the sentence will be changed.You "feel" that you are tired,and everyone "gets" tired once in a while - that's the way it is.
4.You are correct again,"from" is incorrect.
You have a much better sense of the language than your teacher does.
