How do you understand the statement "Find the good and prais

"Find the good and praise" it means fingding the good espects of things (or persion)and speaking highly of it. It teaches us to pay more attention to the good aspects of matter and also emphasize the importance of praise. In fact, we always tend to look at the negtive aspects when we observe a person, this may lead to the false judgement to the persion, the reasult may make him or her feel disppointing, however,if you try to find his or her advantages and praise it,the persion will be encouraged and make prograss.
