先说一下我想表达的意思：在加拿大,曲棍球联赛法定的注册时间是1月1日,这意味着,一个9岁的男孩必须是在1月1日之前满了9岁,才可以进入9岁以上曲棍球联赛,也就是说,一个在1月2号就已经10岁的男
孩,他可以参加联赛,而在同一年的12月份之前还没有满10岁的男孩,却只能暂时晾在球场一边,知道那一年的年末.
这是我的翻译：the legal registration time of the age-classhockey is January 1 in Canada,that means a boy whose birthday is in December should wait during the time of a boy,who turns ten on January 2,has taken part in the age-class hockey until theend of the year.
PS：我的目的并不是逐字翻译,所以中文只是个参考,主要是想你帮我改一下语法错误.

the legal registration time in Canada for the hockey league is on the 1st of January.this means that a nine years old boy whose birthday is before 1st of January can enter the league for over nine years old,whereas the boy whose birthday is after that day has to wait until he is thirteen which is another year.
