This paper is about the stabilization of both a nation and government determined by the healthy development of economy.It is certain that the policy of the government also determines the domestic economy development.These two are a combination and integrition.The progress of the economy promotes the stabilization of polity of a country.Meanwhile,the policy of the country affects the development of economy by a higher level.The relationship between government and economy is the issue of both politics and economics.It is same important for planned economy or market economy.
The relationshship between Chinese economy development and function of the government,and trend of current Chinese economy development are discussed detailed.A series of cases related to the Chinese economy development trend are also introduced.The advices related to what policy should be issued by the government to promote the economy are provided.
The author use the cases about the development in both Pudong Xin Qu,Shanghai and Liangjiang Xin Qu of Chongqing,Sichuan province to illustrate the mutual relationship between government functions and economy development,and discuss Cinese economy development and government function.In addition,the author enhance the recognization and understanding of government and economy development through this study .
