it形式主语,that从句 真正主语,where从句,是宾语从句中的 地点状语从句
在别人感到满足的地方,peter有更高的雄心（也就是目标更高,不自满）
2.charge...for 收费 要加
比如 He charged me 10 yuan for repairing the bike.
