The vocabulary and grammatical differences between British and American English are so trivial and few as hardly _____.
[A] noticed
[B] to be noticed
[C] being noticed
[D] to notice
I have some clothes to wash.与I have some clothes to be washed.
后一句表示:我有一些衣服要拿去让人洗.=to be washed by somebody.
1.I have sth.to do
2.Will you give me some book to read?
3.The nut is hard to crack.
其中第三句中是省略了不言自明的for us/ for everyone
原题句= are so trival and few that they can hardly be noticed.
The differences are hard to notice.
