Using mat the lab software,in view of the diffraction grating performance's two parameters,namely the angle selectivity and the wave length selectivity,(light grating to with crystal thickness) between relations has drawn the following conclusion with the diffraction grating parameter:(1) works as when diffraction grating thickness fill-out,the diffraction grating choice angle changes is small,the side lobe increases highly; (2),when light grating to enlargement,the diffraction grating choice angle changes is small,the side lobe change is not highly obvious;
