As I'm getting older and older,I deeply realize it's so important to form a good habit for a person,especially a habit of taking exercise.
Recently I haven't been very well for some time.Every day I have to take some medicine and often pay a visit to the hospital.That's a tiring thing.I have to spend lots of money ,but also I and my family suffer a lot.I think the basic reason is that I'm not open-minded and I hate exercising.
I enjoy being a potato couch after coming back from work.It's so relaxing to be home after a whole day's work.
My health is getting worse and worse when I get older.The doctor said I need to take some exercise every day.But I don't feel like doing it.I followed the doctor's advice at first,but I gave up later.In fact ,I hope to be a healthy ,graceful and beautiful lady.But it's difficult for me to carry on exercise.I admire ladies in a good shape.They usually arouse my attention.I admire them because they are as energetic as summer.
In order to be healthy and young,forming a good habit of exercising is necessary for you and your family.
