LET'S TALKING ABOUT TRANSFORMER
I like science fiction movies,for example ,and so on.
I think that a wonderful science fiction movie not only can give you enjoyment of visual impact,but also stimulate your imagination and your passion.
I believe that many of us like Transformers.We grew up playing with the toys as kids.Transformer 2 is bigger than the first one,has more action than the first one,has better music than the first one.So we can say “It’s more spectacular than the first one”.
THE GOOD
I've never thought that the effects in Transformers could be outdone… but Transformers 2 did it.The Autobots and Decepticons look far more real and awe inspiring than they did in the first one.They become especially impressive when you see them interacting with real world actors and sets.It’s so hard to believe that these gigantic warriors aren’t real.Exactly what Transformers fans wanted.
The action.Holy sweet nuts cakes the action!The movie OPENS with a HUGE scale action sequence that just makes your jaw hit the floor in amazement.“This is what they’re STARTING the movie with?!!” went through my head a couple of times in the first 60 seconds.So many more action sequences and battles than the first one.Exactly what Transformers fans wanted.
There is A LOT more screen time for the Autobots and Decepticons than in the first film (something that a bigger budget allowed for I guess).We even get to see a much longer Megatron/Starscream squabble which is something painfully missing from the first movie.Exactly what Transformers fans wanted.
There is a much deeper history revealed about the Transformers in this flick that I thought added some much needed richness to the whole mythology of the Cybertonian race.We learn more about “The Primes” (a certain leadership sect within the Transformers of which Optimus is obviously a direct descendant of).We learn more about Energon (no,we don’t get to see “Energon Cubes” unfortunately) and the history of the Transformers on earth as well as the grander plans the decepticons have for Earth.Exactly what Transformers fans wanted.
As an armyfun,I also pay close attention to the military equipments and weapons in this film.I hear that the director Michael Bay has good relationship with the Pentagon,so we can see lots of realsophisticated weapons and equipments in this movie.Now,let's review the main ones.
The most expensive movie property:JOHN C.STENNIS CVN(Aircraft Carrier Vessel of Nuclear)
The most crucial equipment:MH-53gunship.It's the heaviest and highest-power among the helicopters of American troops.In the movie,it can carry lots of soldiers in critical points.
The most huge air vehicle:C-17 Globemaster .It carried the biggest autobot--Optimus Prime to Egypt.Only it can do this kind of hard work.
The oldest and fastest equipment:Aerosoft Stealth SR-71 Blackbird.This kind of plane was made in 1964.It has been out of commission since 1998.It's the prototype of Jetfire,a funny old guy.He leans upon a stick,but when he transforms,his speed is so fast that bullets and missiles can not catch up with him.With his help,Optimus Prime could fly and appeared in front of Fallen in the twinkling of an eye.
Science can't do without imaginations.And if we want to turn imaginations into realities,let's study hard.
