英语写作working for a large company or running your own business

Now about whether working for a company or running your own business different people have different opinions .Some people would like to work in a large company because they think they can learn something in the company and in the meanwhile they don't need to spend more time and energy in managing the company.While others think they prefer to run their own business because they think they can train themselves and have a better understanding of how to run a business,which perhaps will be a necessary and valuable lesson for their own business.
In my opinion,we should consider our condition before our decision.Only by taking everything into consideration can we have a bright future.
