Responsibilities
Responsible for entry level talent acquisition of a defined target group,including advertising, marketing, recruiting, interviewing, selecting andconsulting with hiring managers.
SupportHR manager and Services to review andmanagement of pre-employment requirements including, wage, reference, legal,criminal, medical checks, visa etc.
Communication with candidatesregarding interview appointments, interview feedback and offer negotiation.
Support on and offboarding process including contract and documentation management, probationtrack and evaluation as well exit procedures in case of termination /resignation.
Source and attractpeople of the right competencies, experience and caliber to meet the peopleresource needs and changing demand of the company.
Execute the recruits,searching and screening CVs, making phone interviews, arranging face to faceinterview by line supervisors or managers, making reference check and issuingoffers after approval.
Make regular recruitment reports to management to ensure all new manpower needsare met.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in HR Management, business administration or the equivalent.
About 1 years experience in HR recruiting function.
Additional periods of specialist experience in FMCG, Retail are preferred
Attention to detail and organized.
Good interpersonalcommunication skill
Good English andChinese language skills (excellent oral and written)
Proficient knowledgein MS Office, Lotus Notes, and user experience in SAP will be a plus.
