Abstract:High pressure coal slurry pump is important equipment for coal gasification; the sudden drop of the flow rate will result in the failure shutdown of the single series gasification furnace and the main reason for the shutdown is caused by the blockage of the pressure-balancing holes of the oil supplementary valve.So when conducting planned maintenance,particular attention should be focus on the cleansing of oil supplementary valve and the control lever.
