Circle Selection Tool:To select and delete extra bits of the background which I didn’t want.
Perspective/Distort:To make the scarecrow and cop cars so they are at a more realistic angle.
Rubber:To erase some bits of the background,and also some of the bottom of the Big Ben to make it look like it actually is behind the trees in the background.
Spot Healing Brush:To make the bottom of the Big Ben blend in with the trees and make it look like it’s behind them.
Free Transform:To rotate the pictures and objects so they are at the right angle.
