摘要:绩效考核是企业管理者与员工之间进行管理沟通的一项重要活动,考核的结果可以直接影响到薪酬调整、奖金发放及职务升降等涉及员工的诸多切身利益,其最终目的是改善员工的工作表现,在实现企业经营目标的同时,最终达到企业和个人发展的“双赢”.目前大多数国有企业已经建立绩效考核制度,但是绩效考核在经营管理中的作用发挥还很不理想.本文通过分析我国国有企业绩效考核存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了我国国有企业绩效考评的对策分析.
