bathroom（浴室）在美国是什么意思

athroom有两个意思：
1. a room in which there is a bath,a washbanish and often a toilet 浴室,盥洗室；Go and wash your hands in the bathroom.
2. a room in which there is a toilet, a sink and sometimes a bath or shower (带马桶等的)厕所,卫生间,洗手间；I have to go to the bathroom(=use the toilet).(在美国时,bathroom通常就是这个意思)
例如 in a restaurant 时,要上洗手间,你通常就可以问 Where is the bathroom?
反正,很简单,英国说厕所时toilet,美国说厕所时bathroom.（都是带有的马桶的,不单是盥洗室）
