转载汉语有两种意思
1刊登别的报刊上发表过的文章reproduce;reprint
例句：你的文章由另一家杂志转载.

版权所有（不得翻印）
copyrighted (= copyright reserved)
你必须得到特别的许可才能翻印这杂志上的文章.
You have to have special permission to reprint any article from this magazine.
重印,翻印复制或重新印行（文章或摘录）
To reproduce or reprint(an article or excerpt).
非法翻印,非法仿制未经授权而使用或复制他人（作品）
To make use of or reproduce(another's work)without authorization.
这张照片是承蒙通用电气公司许可而翻印的.
This photo was reproduced by courtesy of the General Electric Company.
这些相片是征得“通用电气公司”的许可而翻印的.
These photos were reproduced by courtesy of the General Electric Company.
2把一个运输工具上装载的东西卸下装到另一个运输工具上transport
例句：如贵公司希望立即将该货物发运,我们将由货轮直接转载卡车.

至于你那句话的翻译,可以写成Can I reproduce your photos?或者Can I transmit your photos?photo写成picture也行
