飞机在穿越含有过冷水滴的云层时,其迎风部件如机翼、尾翼、发动机唇口等都会发生结冰现象,飞机结冰对飞行安全造成很大的危害,因此飞机的防冰研究历来受到世界各国的重视.飞机防冰是一个复杂的传热传质现象,涉及到流体力学、传热学以及空气动力学等多个领域,本文采用欧拉-欧拉法对飞机机翼的防冰热载荷进行了数值模拟.
本文的研究工作主要有以下几个方面:
1)简述了飞机发动机整流支板结冰现象及其主要研究方法,着重介绍了防冰数值模拟研究的发展状况;[U1]
2)在对发生结冰现象的飞行和气象条件分析的基础上,确定了采用求解N-S 方程来计算空气流场,选用了适用于飞机结冰研究的湍流模型.
3)对建立水滴运动方程的欧拉型方法进行了研究,在合理的假设和简化的基础上,建立了适用于飞机防冰研究的过冷水滴控制方程.根据发动机整流支板结冰气象条件的特点,研究了方程的求解方法.
4)对热载荷模型进行了研究,分析讨论了各个热流的求法.如对流散热,水蒸发散热,加热收集水等.[U2]
5)利用本文提出的方法,进行了发动机整流支板结冰[U3] 的数值模拟,通过FLUENT加载用户自定义函数(UDF),计算得到防冰表面的各项热流密度,并对其进行分析.

Aircraft ice protection is a complex heat transfer phenomenon, involving a number of areas of fluid mechanics, heat transfer and air dynamics, this paper adopts the Eulerian-Eulerian method for aircraft wing anti-icing heat load is studied by numerical simulation.
The research work of this paper include the following aspects:
1) the aircraft engine rectifying plate icing phenomenon and its main research method, introduced the development status of ice numerical simulation; [U1]
2) based on analysis of the freezing phenomenon of flight and weather conditions, the solution of the N-S equation to calculate the air flow, the turbulence model is applied to aircraft icing research.
3) of Eulerian method to establish the droplet motion equations are studied, based on a reasonable hypothesis and simplification, supercooled water droplet control equation was established and applied to aircraft icing research. According to the characteristics of the engine rectifier supporting plate icing conditions, study the method of solving equations.
4) on the thermal load model are studied, analyzed and discussed for each heat flux method. Such as convection cooling, water cooling, heating water collection etc.. [U2]
5) using the method proposed in this paper, the numerical simulation of engine rectifier supporting plate ice [U3], FLUENT loaded by user defined function (UDF), calculated the flux density of anti-icing surface, and its analysis.
