如果表示是现在被要求,就用 is asked
例如：The teacher asks the student to close the door
The student is asekd to close the door by the teacher
如果表示过去被要求,就用was asked
The teacher asked the student to write a composition yesterday
The student was asked to write a composition by the teacher yesterday
