The aim of this article is to design an operator apparatus with CPLD which can receive data and control commands from MCU.The thesis first introduces the deduction of the beeline and arc interpolation in the plane.And then elicit different interpolate algorithms in the different conditions.Then ascertain the communications interface as well as commutative protocol.
The function of the interpolation hardware is well sustained by the MAX+PLUSII of ALTERA corporation.The design adopts inputting the principled graphic,so the design and the debugging are much intuitional and simple.
Owing to adopting the high capacity and low cost CPLD EPF6016,the hardware resource are well integrated,and greatly improved the marshal and the reliability of the system hardware.At the same time as adopt inputting thirty-two binary digit,it can improve the controllable distance of ordinary machine tool to over two meters
