1.How to keep healthy
Good habits are good for the health.Every morning we'd better get up early and do morning exercises before having breakfast.Taking a walk after supper is also important.It is not good to watch TV too long and go to bed too late.So try to have more sports in our spare time instead of staying at home.Eating too much at meal is bad for our health,too.We shouldn't eat junk food.We should eat enough fruit and vegetalbes.
2.A wonderful trip
I am busy with my school work every day.,so I’m a little tired of it.Last Sunday,my classmates and I decided to take a short trip.We went to Beihai Park happily.
We st out early in the morning.It was a beautiful day.The sun was shining,and the birds were singing.When we got there,there were many people in the park already.We went boating on the lake.We felt relaxed with the wind blowing.Three hours passed quickly,and we had to leave.
It was really a happy day.I didn’t feel tired at all.I had a wonderful time with my classmates,and I refreshed myself.
3.My favorite season
My favourite season is autumn.It is a harvest season.Farmers are all busy getting in the crops.There are lots of different fruits in the season,such as apples,oranges,bananas and so on.The Mid-Autumn Festival is the Chinese traditional festival in autumn.People often have a big family dinner to celebrate it.The whole family have mooncakes and admire the full moon in the open air at night.
It is cool in autumn.So autumn is a good season to travel.National Day is on October 1.Lots of people go out for a trip during the holiday.We can learn a lot about the history of our country from the trip.I want to visit Beijing,the capital of China,with my parents this autumn.People also do many different kinds of sports in autumn.For example,children often fly kites in the park.The young like climbing the hills and having a camping trip at weekends.The old can go out for a walk and do some exercise.
