if.or not的意思

要表达的意思没有不同,但从句的位置有差异
1.if.or not :无论.或者不
从句只能放在if和or not中间
例如:If you want to get there or not.
无论你是否想去或不想去.
2.whether or not:无论.或者不
从句可以放在whether和or中间,也可以放在not后面.
例如：Whether you should or not.
也可以是：whether or not you should.
