what's your expectation in your career when you are 30 years

Yes, of course I have my expectation when I am 30years old, as a person who clearly know what he wants to do or what he is doing. he is supposed to make a career schedule. To me, I wanna to be an excellent manager when I am 30years old, I have this confidence, and I must to finish the MBA degree at that time. and other ,I have other 3 goals also. include:pass the examination of WSK,CCIE and go abroad one time for tourist or others whatever just for improving oral english levels. all of this , I should work hard and hard to approch the destination. I believe I can do that if you think you are. if you give me a chance I am sure I will take it. thank you,
