楼下的理解有误.应是原油的含硫量若超过0.15%,则每超过千分之一（1/10 of a percent）,每桶价格降低两美分.例如,含硫量为0.25%,价格每桶降2美分；含硫量为0.35%,降4美分...由此类推.
