我个人认为,运动员的饮食,应该是现代营养科技与传统文化习俗结合的产物.像大众饮食一样,光讲习惯,不讲科学性,对健康不利;光讲科学性,离开传统习惯,不被接受,心理排斥.
现在,运动员讲科学训炼,科学饮食,以提高运动成绩.网络上就曾公布过一些运动员的配餐清单,均由高级营养师精心配置而成.对此研究可以发现,其食谱确实与常人想像的不同.面食很多,蛋、乳较多,肉食较少.例如,避免高脂肪食物,如猪肉.避免过高蛋白质食物,以减轻肾脏负担;多吃富含碳水化合物(淀粉等)的食物,以便快速提供充足的热量;少吃肉食,以避免身体酸性,防止身体训练后的乳酸过多造成的疲劳,等等.
运动员饮食,口味也很好,不会让运动员反感难受,像药一样,吃不下.
