1.We know this barge is certified by the China Classification Society (CCS).Probably our government doesn�t accept the CCS Standards and they request an International Certificate like Germanischer Lloyd,Bureau Veritas or other,Could you obtain these certifications?,and Would it have an additional value?..
2.The barge which you offering us under what conditions of sea (Beaufort Scale) is it authorized?
3.The Public Works Ministry must buy in the next years a total amount of 27 barges of different sizes and many others which will be bought by particular companies surely,to guarantee the connectivity between remote towns,island and canals.We enclose a drawing of Country�s South so you can watch our geography,therefore we consider that will be an important business and interesting for some Chinese Shipyard.Please,indicate to us if you�ll have available all necessary time for replying us the different questions that are going to be arising in the last time.
4.We have thought that you could send and expert on naval (nautical) designer who can work in our office,we�d pay a salary,accommodation and food.This employee should have the necessary knowledge to negotiate with the Public Works Ministry and particular shipping companies.Please,you indicate us if this idea is interesting for you.Likewise we inform you that other Chinese factories have employees working in MAQCHIN.
