Ithink experience plays an important role in getting a job.
As I know ,many college students take part-time jobs in the vacations .some of them do it for money ,but others do it just to gain some working experience.
We all know ,The growth of employment pressure is getting more and more serious .Thousands of undergraduates flood into the society every year ,and almost every one of us has had beautiful dream of our first job,but reality is often cruel,there is always just few working opportunity out there .
At this time ,Education is certaily not an impressive factor to the employers,because almost every applicant has it .
but working experiece will help you out ,coz it will help you get in the role faster than those who have not got any working and social experience ,and the companies have to spend more time and money on the training.
