Some people might find doing household chores very tedious. Not me. I usually do household chores on weekends. You see, doing the chores takes my mind away from books which I find relaxing. I wash the dishes, mop the floor and do the laundry. This is one way I can show my gratitude and appreciation to my mother. I feel happy when I see the smile on her face whenever the chore is finished. I equate doing chores to loving my mother.
