摘要：矿井提升机是矿山的最基本也是最重要的设备,如何控制提升机的运行状态、保证其能正常运输矿物,是本次设计的初衷.在本次设计中用到的是力控软件,通过力控软件对矿井提升机进行实时监控,调整电机的转速与正反转,使提升机运行在一个标准的状态.
在设计过程中,首先是对软件进行熟悉操作,然后开始绘制工程组态画面,在绘制前先定义外部链接数据,之后再绘图,然后就是编写工程脚本程序（详见论文正文）,最后做的是报警系统设置,大概就分为这几步.做完之后,矿井提升机的监控系统就完成了,中间当然还有其他一些过程,在此就不做描述了,具体可以看论文正文介绍.
