在主席问过is there any motion?你就举你国家的placard,然后主席就会点你,然后你就站起来说,Mexico（比如）moves to suspend the meeting for 20 minites.然后主席就会说this motion is in order,然后大家投票你的动议.就行了.动议有很多种,常见的有以下的：
（1)暂停会议suspend the meeting for XX minites
（2）关闭发言名单close the speaker's list（即不可以再加入发言名单了,但剩下的人可继续讲完）
（3）结束辩论close the debate（即进入投票）
