此部品在六月份贵司投诉后,我们已对全部易断的位置做了全检.并且包装也进行了更改,但此部品一直都存在有断裂,敝司所有技术人员经分析为模具设计存在此问题.并已于07年9月3日提出更改模具,但贵司一直没有回复.如贵司不同意更改模具,发生断裂后,敝司同意补货,但请不要再发送不良对策书（NR report)给敝司.
1、运输过程中造成不良.
2、包装不良造成不良发生.
在出货时因补货没有合适的外箱,QA只采用了一般的包装方式包装,致使包装不良流出.
出货时严格按照《包装式样书》进行包装.
补货时,无合适的外箱时,需要采取安全包装的方式包装后方可出货.

2、对于补货的产品,要求按照出口部品的包装进行包装出货,并制定出相关的规定,以此来执行.
