HEV is regarded as the best way to solve the energy saving all the time,therefore the most important part surely is the hybrid's truck,however,how to make the fuels and energy,also the electro dynamic force together effectively is the key point of HEV's applying.Transfer case is a kind of power integration device for machine.By means of axle and gear,reducing the costing.On the other hand,distributing these two kinds of dynamic practical and reliably.The article mainly explain the procedure of sweeping machine's design and calculate,particularly give an account of the designing procedure for transfer case,choosing structure scheme,major parameter,gear design,layout and other structural component's design.
