只有特指的时候才加 the
例如 the water in the river can no be drunk.这条河里面的水不能喝（太脏了或者重金属超标之类） 特指这条河的水
第一个指 我们离开水酒无法生存 这里的水 泛指 并不是 特指某个地方的水
protect the environment 特指我们周围的环境
