问题描述：
开机自检C盘,显示如下：Cannot open volume for direct access.The type of the file system is NTFS.
还有就是C盘无法进碎片整理,每次分析时都会显示“磁盘碎片整理程序检测到Chkdsk计划在卷C上运行,请运行Chkdsk/f ”,运行后显示“文件系统类型为NTFS,无法锁定当前驱动器,因为另一个过程正在使用这个卷,无法运行Chkdsk,是否计划在下次系统重新启动时检查这个卷?（Y/N）”不管点了Y还是N,下次启动还是这个样子.
如果后面的问题解决不了的话,把上面那个开机自检C盘去掉也行,每回开机慢死了,每次都是两分多钟

纠结
搜了好长时间 问微软的倒是不少 解决方法也很多 一阵折腾 终于好了
下面提供解决方法
解决方法1
首先 检查是否安装了 云端 如果是 请卸载
云端貌似存在兼容性问题 在运行磁盘碎片检查的时候 查看不到C盘盘符
chkdsk也找不到C盘
或者 如果不想放弃云端的话 还有以下方法

开机 按住F8 选择修复计算机 命令行模式
输入 set windir查看 系统盘位置
输入 chkdsk 你刚才查到的系统盘符 /r /f
等待修复 然后重启

hello,I had the same question yesterday,and I resolved it with a windows7 DVD.
put the disk into the CD/DVD driver,then boot your system from the CD/DVD.when you see the installation interface,follow the steps given below:
1.Click repair your computer,then you will have several items to choose
2.Click command prompt.
3.At the command prompt,type the following command,and then press ENTER:
chkdsk [drive]:/r /f.
i.e.chkdsk F:/r/f press ENTER
the process will take you about 40min.
the drive path is the partion which you have installed the windows system,not C:.in the first step,there is a dialog box and it shows you the location of the windows.i.e.windows(F:)
