Based on the study of the formation and the background of the tourism-rising real estates, and compared with its identification accepted by the Chinese modern society, this thesis tries to elaborate on the characters of general tourism-rising real estates and its specific development situation in GuiYang. Analyzing, demonstrating and field researching are the three main methods being used in this thesis. The problems taken place in the marketing of Guiyang tourism-rising real estates was revealed by investigations and then summarized based on the understanding and analyzing of its recent developing level.
