This scheme is mainly used TMS6437 embedded mainboards,cameras,lamp-house,touch screens and PLC to build the hardware platform.Use the suitable lamp-house to irradiate the gasket ring,then transmit the pictures to the mainboard through the camera.Use CCS3.0 software to write the algorithm testing program.After testing the pictures,the result of testing will be dilivered to the actuator through PLC to achieve the goal of sorting the good gasket ring from the bad one.The algorithms used in this thesis are 中值滤波,二值化,图像缩小,哈弗找圆法,求连通域法 etc.(几个算法不懂如何翻译,专业书里应该有,自己加进去吧）
