B: Not yet. I've got no idea what to do about it. Maybe we should have a discuss about what kind of accummodation we would like to rent?
A: yes, that's a good idea. I think we should find a place close to our school(company).It will be much convient for us to live.
B: Yeah, you are right. but I think the most important thing we should concern about is the rental fees and the safety of the place we are going to live.The convient should come to the third.
A: well ,your opinion is right. I totally agree with you. So what about this, we first consider about the safety, then the rental fee. the convient comes the last.
B: alright, and maybe we need some more specific information about it. the convient is also contains about the traffic, the shopping. Do you think the shopping should be better concerned than traffic?
A:well,actually I don't quite agree with you. I think the traffic should be better concern than the shopping convient. Because if we've got a very convient traffic then we can go to anywhere conviently. So this means we are also got the convient for shopping.

is there something else we should consider when we trying to find house?
A: I think we should try to find a almost new house, because that would be more clean and tidy. But otherwise that would be more expensive I think. so maybe we should just have a look and try to get one with cleanest condition.
B: and I hope the house can allow me to keep pets. I love pets.
A: that would be difficult, I don't think the house owner would feel happy if they see pet's hair in the house. But we can just have a talk to the owner about it. If they say no, then you'd better give up.Is that sounds ok?
B: yeah, fair enough.Oh, work with you can always make things easier.I'm so glad to have you to share the house.
