如果and连接的是前后两个句子,那么就是说and后面的是一个完整的句子成分

这里把tourism看作主语,那么就缺少了谓语,直接就出现了一个bringing这个分词形式,这不是一个完整的句子,也就是说and不是连接两个句子的了,而是连接rapid development和 tourism的
