1.Often wash your hands .
2.Don't touch any part of your face with your hands unless you want to eat or bathe.
3.Drink more hot water or hot salty water
4.Eating more fruit and vegetables are useful for you to be stronger.
5.Taking exercise in the sun and having a good sleep can help you keep healthy.
If you have a good habit in your life,you can be far from illness.
