一.概述
空气压缩系统主要作为风动元件的气源和卸船机上的吹尘.
二.工作原理
空气压缩系统主要由空气压缩机、系统管道和截止阀、气源处理二联件等组成,二联件包括空气过滤减压阀(带自动排水器)、油雾器.
1.启动空气压缩系统前必须仔细阅读空压机、过滤器、油雾器等元器件使用说明.
2.空气压缩机接入415V,50Hz三相交流电源;
3.接通开关,观察空气压缩机是否正常工作,若工作不正常则按空气压缩机使用说明进行调整.
5.气体从空压机(序号1)经过球阀(序号3) 、软管(序号4),进入气动两联件(序号5)然后通过快速接头与需提供的气源.气动两联件用来过滤空气及调节系统最大压力;油雾器能将少量润滑油带入气动元件起润滑作用.在油雾器前还有一个快插,用于除尘(以免把润滑油带入空气中)!
6.工作时,首先关闭在机房内的球阀.启动空压机,使压缩气充满空压机储气罐,调节空压机出口压力在8bar左右(可通过观察空压机出口压力表确定,此出口压力可根据系统管路长短作适当调整),打开机房内的球阀.当需要吹尘时,接上油雾器前的快速接头即可工作.
7.当空气压缩机关机后,空气过滤减压阀能自动排除存在水杯中的油水及杂物.

四.调试
空压系统整体安装完毕之后,应做密封性实验.首先开启空压机,关闭所有出气口,在充满储气罐之后,空压机自动停机,静置观察压力表数值,系统压力在一个小时之内下降值不大于20.
1.空气压缩机:作为气压传动与控制的动力源.
2.空气过滤减压阀:带自动排水器.具有过滤、调压,自动排除冷凝水作用.
3.油雾器:能将少量润滑油雾带入气动元件,起润滑作用,从而提高元件的使用寿命.注意:请勿随意向油雾器中加油!
五.常见故障

Compressed air system,pneumatic components as the main gas source on board the ship and blowing dust.
II.The working principle
Compressed air system is mainly composed of air compressors,pipes and valve systems,air handling of the pieces together,and so on,two pieces together,including air filtration relief valve (with automatic drainage device),fuel-air devices.
1.Startup compressed air system must be read before the air,filters,oil mist,etc.components for use.
2.Air compressor access 415V,50Hz 3-phase AC power;
3.Switches to connect to observe the air compressor is working,not working at the air compressor for use to adjust.
