第二段…我不想不用改了.我觉得第二段不能跟第一段互相映射,因为第一段说的是整间公司运作和对公众的负面影响,第二段说的只是员工个人层面,跟公司和大众没关系,有点脱离重点.除非你能说出员工个人的负面性能够怎样怎样影响公司或大众这个重点,否则两段是欠缺连系性,而且第二段的员工层面也未能给予开头的第一句支援.
还有,我想说的是,你上面所说的'smile factory‘其实不是一个problem吧?真正的probelm是“违背smile factory的做法”吧?所以,这句‘smile factory’ is a typical example about this problem.
有点词不达意.
另外,留意你这里应该用Disneyland,不是Disney,迪士尼和迪士尼乐园是不同的东西!（虽然我们中国人口头上常常用迪士尼就算)
