90度；
三、将YS、XS两边一起依图中箭头所示方向进行展开,角度不可大于90度；
四、将XS边依图中箭头所示方向进行展开,角度不可大于90度；
五、拼接外框,依如图方式拧上四个角的固定螺钉,螺钉：M2.5*4.
六、拧上XF、XS两条侧边的M1.6*4螺钉共4PCS;
七、将屏体翻转,贴有条型码的一面朝下放置,屏组装完成；
八、成品USB出线
注：两种仅出线不同,组装方式相同,以上组装均以55寸以下红外为实例
九、接上电脑进行功能测试,详见下图.
