3.Finalize the AWP according to our comments in red or blue as the attached,please be realistic and ensure the delivery of all components by the end of this year,our comments including
(1) So many local wor
kshops,could we consolidate them into less number of workshops but more productive workshops;
(2) For staff cost,you did not start the recruitment until now,but you already put the whole year budget there,which is unreasonable.
After carefully check these issues,pls finalize it and translate it into English and forward to us for final approval by our regional center office;
4.Provide the updated Inception Report,pls finalize it after we confirmed and translate it into English,then we could forward to our regional center office for final approval;
All these things prepared,we could send the money to your account for implementation,looking forward to the progress made by your office with joint efforts as in the photos after the Inception Workshop.
