People who support it list some advantages that the tower would bring.Firstly,it will naturally become a symbol of the city.As they think,image is everything.It’s quite important.Secondly,a well-known landmark can improve a city’s economy.How?Such as for touring or for business.Last but not least,it’s kind of reflection of the city.So such a building will help the city to build a good image.
However,there are still some people who oppose it.According to them,landmarks are often expensive and wasteful.It rarely has any real value.What’s worse,with time marching on,it’s easily outdone by others.And I am in favor of this opinion.I think the most important thing to a country is to assure its people to lead a happy life.Without this kind of luxury goods,people can also win their own well-being.That’s the most important issue.As the building costs so much money,it’s more meaningful to do some other things to improve people’s life.
