本课题主要针对氧化铝生产流程中原料部分所应用的定量给料机,利用DCS控制系统对其各个阀门以及仪表等进行控制.本课题所用的的和利时的MACS系统,通过现场仪表采集到的生产过程中的信号→I/O模块→主控单元→服务器→操作员站→工程师站,这样一个信号采集以及处理过程,对阀门以及仪表上下限进行限制,一但超出量程便会报警,然后针对该问题进行侦查处理.
此设计在工业生产中会给生产者带来最大利益,所以说性价比还是相当高的,是很多工业生产所不可缺少的.
