Dear Manager,
My name is Chris Wong.I had joined your 4 days tour to Guangzhou recently and I was disappointed.
Firstly,The tour guide and driver was not only unhelpful,but also have very bad manner.They were smoking during the whole tour,and talking to each other while all of us were getting on the bus and having the meals.The tour guide even smoking when he was introducing the tour information to us.
Secondly,the hotel rooms were terribly untidy.There was rubbishes everywhere.It even had the rats walking around the room.
Thirdly,the meals were cold & also tasted awful.
Fourthly,our second and fourth day tour,which was Tuesday's trip to Folk Art Museum and Thursday's walking tour were both cancelled without any reason.Our Wednesday morning Flower Pageda tour was changed to shopping trip.
All our tour member were very unhappy and unsatisfied with the whole tour.This tour wastotally unworthy of time and money.(信未自己写）
