本文立足于对劳动争议调解制度进行学术和实践研究,分析了我国劳动争议调解制度的现状,提出了相应的完善方案,希望可以为劳动争议调解制度的发展提供一些参考.

Abstract:With the rapid development of the economy,the labor system has been through great changes,which leads to more labor disputes.Therefore,it is very important to improve the labor dispute conciliation system.Conciliation system as the major approach of the preventation and solution of the labor disputes currently,is now playing a significent role in specific national situations.From the promulgation of the Labor Contract Law to the application of the Mediation and Arbitration of Labor Disputes Law,our country has made great innovations and some improvements on the labor dispute conciliation system.However,there are more or less some defects from the point of the organizers and the effect.Strengthening the research on the conciliation system and further definating the specific questions that appear in the system is of great importance.
