water is the source of life, 70 percent of human body is water, without water, a normal person just live for 3 days, the situation is even more serious than the situation without food. we drink water, part of it is absorbed by body, other part will be turned into sweater while we move. this is the most basic cycle of human activity. in different stage of human growth, the activity is a little different.
