Abstract:In the knowledge economy,human resources development of small and medium enterprises play a decisive role.More and more enterprises have come to realize the management of human resources management for enterprise development.China's accession to WTO,in the context of economic globalization,the development of Chinese enterprises are also facing more intense competition,and competition is the key to success or failure of the core human resources management.China's enterprises in human resource management,there is still a lack of knowledge management,management awareness backward,outdated,and many management problems,severe impact and constraints of its rapid development and expansion.Enterprises in the fierce international competition in an invincible position,we must work hard in business management,in particular,to fully understand China's enterprises in human resource management deficiencies,so as to update the concept,to step up reform,establish and improve the scientific enterprise mechanisms and human resources management system,create excellent corporate culture,to form China's enterprises in a dominant position in international competition.
This article first start with an overview of human resource management discuss the meaning of human resources management,human resources management which leads to the importance in the enterprise,and further analysis of the SMEs in the situation of human resources management,the status quo of the last for solutions to this problem.
