1、HF控制软件的有关参数已由厂方设置好,用户切记不要随意设置,以免造成机床无法正常工作;当电脑CMOS掉电后,可能会造成HF无法正常工作,此时要按照HF说明书中的说明或是本说明书的第十一项重新设置CMOS,并保存.
Parameters of HF controlling software have been set. Do not set by youself, otherwise the machine tool will not in normal operation; HF may not work when computer CMOS out of power. Reset and save the CMOS according to items in HF instruction or item 11 in this specification.
2、加工对中对边时,必需将工件表面清理干净,无锈、无油污、无毛刺等,不能开丝筒,至少对两次以减小误差.
Workpiece must be clean, free of rust, oil stain and burr etc. in centring and subtense processing. Do not operate the ejector sleeve. Calibrate at least 2 times to minimize error.
3、本电柜所有的工作软件在出厂时,均安装在C盘,并在E盘作有备份；HF控制软件的安装方法请见其使用说明书,安装完成后,需要进行相关的参数设置,设置方法请见本说明书的第十二项或是与本公司销后服务部联系.
All softwares concerning this armature have been installed in C disk and a backup in E disk before leaving the factory; Please refer to Instruction for HF controlling software installation. See item 12 or contact with our After-sales service Department for parameters setting.
4、移机或换外电源开关时,请注意检查水泵电机与丝筒电机的运转方向是否正确.
Check the running direction of water pump and ejector sleeve motor when moving the machine and changing the external power switch.
5、机床与电柜一定要接地. 电柜要注意防尘,防潮；电柜机床必需按时由专业人员进行保养、维护.
Ground the machine and armature. Take dust-proof and damp-proof measures. Maintainance and repair should be performed by professional.
6、电柜断电后,电柜内上的大电容上留有残余电压,警防电击.
Voltage remaining in capacitor inside armature after turning off the power. Avoid electrical shock.
