Doing exercises is very important for human been.For the first;do some sports can improve your immunity,

second,do exercises can make your body much more stronger,and after you do some exercises,like playing basketball or football,you can also feel happy,
第二,做运动能使你的身体更强壮,比如打篮球踢足球,你会感觉到很开心
so the third point,do exercises can make you have a good mood.
第三,做运动能使你的心情愉快
I suggest you should do more sport exercises.This is my personal point.
